FAQS
- What forms of payment do you accept?
Currently we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Cash or Check. Anytime you pay at the time of service, the driver will give you a written receipt for your records.
- How will I be billed for the transportation services?
If you are private pay and have an open account, or reside in a skilled nursing facility, board and care or assisted living residence, we will be happy to invoice you later for services rendered. Otherwise, payment is expected at the time of service unless prior arrangements are made through our office.
- How much advance time do I need to provide before booking a transport?
We can usually accommodate a transport request within 2 hours of your phone call.
- Will the driver stay with me during my appointment?
In most cases the driver will transport you to your appointment and then return when you are finished.
- Can a family member or attendant go along to my appointment?
Yes, we welcome family members or attendants to ride along provided our office is notified in advance of the pick-up time.
- Can I travel in my own wheelchair?
Yes. However, if you need a wheelchair we can provide one at no extra cost.
- What should I do if I am unhappy with the service?

- Should I call for a return before my appointment is finished?
No, if our schedule is tight and the driver shows up before you are actually ready, he/she may not be able to wait for you.
- Will the driver take me inside?
Yes, our service is through the door. That means we will pick you up from inside of your residence and drop you off inside the medical appointment office.

About Us
Care Compassion Transportation provides ambulatory and non ambulatory non emergency medical transportation. We service the entire Santa Clara County and surrounding areas.
We work with Case Managers, social workers, private individuals, doctors, hospitals, rehabilitation centers and other medical providers.
We provide a reliable and caring service. We can guarantee that we will always be on time in vehicles that are clean and well maintained. Our drivers are extremely professional and courteous and are here for our clients needs with door to door and beyond service.

Safe & Responsible Drivers
Requirements for all drivers:
- Possess a valid driver's license
- Have a clean driving record
- CPR/First Aid Training
- Experience as a Caregiver, Certified Assistance Nursing License, or training in ADA (American's w/Disabilities Act)
Our employment screenings include:
- Employment Background Checks to investigate work history & experience
- Criminal Background checks including a check for inclusion in the National Sex Offender Registry
- Employee Health Screenings (which include a TB test) to determine physical aptitude before actively performing job duties.
- Drug and Alcohol screenings
- A review of the applicant's driving record for points and serious offenses.
Upon hire, all employees are guided through the following:
- An overview of company policies (Including our Drug/Alcohol Abuse Policy, No-Smoking Policy, Sexual Hararssment Policy, Firearm Policy, Cell Phone & Texting Policy, & Driver Code of Conduct)

Care Compassion is a non-emergency medical transport. We are a service oriented company, which caters to people in need of reliable transportation services.
We provide professional door-to-door non-emergency medical transportation, which is available to all people, throughout Bay Area.
Our specialized transportation includes, but is not limited to: individuals using wheelchairs, senior citizens and disabled people. We assist clients from time of pick-up to drop-off, making sure they arrive at their appointment, safely and on time.
Transport Care services are available to private citizens, hospitals, doctors, nursing or group homes, assisted living facilities and a host of other healthcare related entities.
We also offer specialized transportation to airports, train stations, bus station, grocery pick-up, sporting events, prescription pick-up, and other special occasions.
